To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable.

Orders are only shipped to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping confirmation sent via email.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location.

Signature is required at the time of delivery.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be answered through them (1-800-275-8777).

Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
